TLA set up shop at the Antrim County Fair August 9-11, 2012. Unofficial numbers show that over 2000 people attended. Environmental education was shared with young and old. The Fish Shelter project, Eurasian water milfoil (EWM) and the life of a stream were highlighted.

On Thursday, Governor Snyder stopped at the booth. Our interns presented and, much to our surprise, he is concerned about EWM too as it is becoming a problem on his lake downstate!

One of the fair coordinators expressed that if there had been a first place ribbon for best booth, we won hands down.
